Mark Studer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mark oversees all contracts, budgeting, and treasury management. He brings more than 20 years of accounting, financial management, and business development experience to the ContactUS team. Mark was CFO and a founder of Uptivity (formerly CallCopy) which ranked on the Inc 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies for four consecutive years. Mark’s financial oversight and guidance culminated in an acquisition by inContact (NASDAQ: SAAS) for approximately $46 million in 2014.

Mark began his finance career at Deloitte as an audit senior before joining CallTech Communications as a financial controller in 1999. As CallTech’s controller and CFO, he oversaw the day-to-day financial performance of the company. In 2004, Mark led CallTech through a successful acquisition by TeleperformanceUSA. Post-acquisition, he was promoted to vice president of finance of the combined organization, and then to CFO.

Mark holds a B.S. in business administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Capital University. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Ohio. A U.S. Army veteran, Mark is a Bronze Star Medal recipient from the Persian Gulf War.
