Tiffany Tyler

Tiffany Tyler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at ContactUs Communications since July 2017, Tiffany has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Director of Client Success and Director of Client Services, focusing on post-sales client relationships. Prior to this, Tiffany worked as an Account Manager in an outsourcing call center, overseeing team operations and client relations. Additionally, Tiffany is the owner and award-winning blogger of Reading in Black & White, a platform dedicated to literature without bias toward authors. Tiffany’s earlier roles include Director at both Prep Academy Schools and Right Start Academy. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Ohio State University.
