Brad Ralston

Brad Ralston has had a diverse work experience in the logistics and shipping industry. Brad joined ContainerPort Group in 2011 and held various roles including Collections Agent, Operations Management Associate, and Operations Supervisor. In 2016, they transitioned to World Shipping, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager, where they focused on managing technology initiatives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Brad returned to ContainerPort Group in 2021 as the Corporate Operations & Process Improvement Manager, overseeing project management, process improvement, and new location openings. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director, Corporate Operations & Process Improvement.

Brad Ralston completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Finance from Cleveland State University. Brad attended Cleveland State University from 2007 to 2009 and studied Business Administration and Management, General. In September 2016, they also obtained a Project Management Certificate from Baldwin Wallace University.
