Corey Winters

Corey Winters is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Operations Superintendent at Contango Resources since November 2021, Corey previously held various positions at ConocoPhillips, including LNG Operations Spec. - Team Lead and LNG Operations Specialist, from December 2011 to November 2021. Corey's experience also includes roles as Lead Operator at Denbury Resources, Plant Foreman at ConocoPhillips' Lost Cabin Gas Plant, and Plant Operator with Burlington Resources/ConocoPhillips. Earlier in the career, Corey served as a Safety Supervisor at Oilind Safety and as a Ground Radio Communication Technician in the U.S. Air Force. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Electronic System Technologies from the Community College of the Air Force and a diploma from Worland High School.
