Erica Ladwig

Erica Ladwig, a seasoned professional in the oil and gas industry, currently holds the role of Director of Marketing at Contango Oil & Gas Company. With a background in journalism from Texas A&M University, Erica has worked their way up from Marketing Associate to Senior Marketing Associate and now oversees the marketing of all onshore oil and natural gas assets for the company. Erica's responsibilities include contract negotiation, evaluating midstream opportunities, gas scheduling, pricing evaluations, and market research. Prior to joining Contango, Erica served as a Marketing Associate at Crimson Exploration Inc. from October 2009 to March 2014.
