Raúl Guerra Martínez

Raúl is responsible for Operations in our sites located in Matamoros MX, Brownsville TX and Mexico City. Raúl has been with Contec since 1990 and has vast experience in the manufacturing and repair operations of products for the Cable TV industry. During his early years, Raúl had various roles including Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Manager and Repair Operations Manager at the Matamoros site prior to the acquisition by Contec while it was a General Instruments, Next Level and Motorola company. In 2014 he was promoted to General Manager of Matamoros overseeing all operations.

Raúl has an Industrial and Electronic Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Matamoros and is an experienced senior manager of the Maquiladora Industry.
