Barry Hills

Barry Hills is an experienced operations and plant manager currently leading UK operations at Contec, Inc. since March 2022. Previously, as Head of Technical Services at Wasdell Group, responsibilities included technical sales, environmental health and safety advice, and budgetary control. Prior to that role, Barry served as Director of Manufacturing at BTG plc, overseeing manufacturing and packaging for pharmaceutical and medical device product lines. In the role of Head of Production at QUANTUM PHARMA GROUP LIMITED, Barry managed an MHRA licensed aseptic compounding facility, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and implementing quality management systems. Notable achievements include the development of a market-leading aseptic service and the introduction of the UK's first gravimetric compounding system.
