Bogdan Marius Ion

Bogdan Marius Ion is an accomplished Automation Engineer with over a decade of experience in industrial automation solutions. Currently at Contec since August 2012, Bogdan has developed expertise in HMI/SCADA/PLC/FDS development and has been involved in FAT/VAT/SAT activities. Previous experience includes a role as Junior Automation Engineer at SIS Societatea de Inginerie Sisteme, focusing on HMI development with the PcVue SCADA system, and an internship at Siemens where Bogdan gained hands-on experience in PLC programming using TIA Portal and LOGO! Soft Comfort. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Automatic Control and Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a Master of Science in Advanced Automation from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești.
