Paul Price is a seasoned design engineer with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a Senior Design Engineer at Contechs since April 2022. Paul has specialized in designing injection moulded plastic components and conducting feasibility studies using CATIA V6 and 3D Experience. Previous roles include Director at Mechanox Limited and Consultant Design Engineer at Group Lotus, where Paul developed a composite tailgate structure. Earlier, Paul worked at Penso Group, advancing from a Graduate Design Engineer to a Senior Design Engineer, focusing on composites across various sectors. Paul began a career as a Light Vehicle Technician at Coventry Service Centre, complementing practical experience with a solid academic background, including a Master’s degree in Engineering Design from Loughborough University.
