Traci Mazac, PMP and CSM

Traci Mazac has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Traci began their career in 1993 at IBM, where they worked as an IT Project Manager and later as a Project/People Manager. During this time, they led project management teams and implemented program management processes for domestic and global strategic outsourcing accounts. Traci then joined Vanguard in 2012 as a Vendor Management specialist, where they developed a supplier performance program and implemented best practices for performance measurement. In 2013, Traci started their own consulting firm, TRM Consulting LLC, where they held the role of IT Project Manager and Scrum Master/PMP. Traci led various application development, upgrade, and process improvement projects and managed business cases, project scope, schedule, financials, and deliverables. Traci's most recent position is at Contegix since 2018, where they serve as an IT Program Manager, holding the certifications of PMP and Scrum Master.

Traci Mazac, PMP and CSM, has a strong educational background in business and management. Traci attended Kutztown University of Pennsylvania from 1988 to 1992 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies. Prior to their university education, Traci completed their secondary schooling at Parkland High School from 1984 to 1988. As for additional certifications, Traci has acquired the PMP certification, which demonstrates their expertise in project management. Traci has also achieved the Atlassian Sales Professional Accreditation from Atlassian.
