Ravish Sachar

Ravish Sachar MD, FACC is an accomplished interventional cardiologist affiliated with UNC REX Healthcare since June 2011, serving in the North Carolina Heart and Vascular division. In addition to clinical practice, Ravish Sachar is the founder and CEO of Contego Medical, LLC, a position held since 2005. Previous training includes fellowships in interventional cardiology and cardiovascular diseases at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation from June 1999 to June 2004. Prior to that, Ravish Sachar completed an internal medicine residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and Columbia University from August 1996 to June 1999. Educational qualifications include an MD in Internal Medicine from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and an MD in Medicine from the University of Southern California, as well as a BA in Biology and Economic Development from Hampshire College.
