Crystal Gottschalt

Crystal Gottschalt began her CSC career in 2019 and currently serves as the Risk Manager. Crystal is responsible for providing direction and oversight of risk management activities at the corporate level for regional and branch management support. Crystal works across departments to evaluate, identify, design, and oversee the implementation of loss reduction and preventative strategies. She manages the procurement of CSC’s and affiliated companies insurance programs for all lines of coverage and works in conjunction with adjusters and council to ensure proper and efficient handling of claims.

Prior to joining CSC, Crystal begin her career assisting workers’ compensation claims before making the transition to the broker side as a Commercial Insurance Senior Account Executive. She has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, handling the insurance needs of mid to large size clients. As an Senior Account Executive, Crystal was responsible for consulting, servicing, educating and marketing insurance/risk finance programs. Through her extensive insurance knowledge and strategic relationships with multiple insurance carries and MGA’s, she developed customized insurance programs for clients in a diversity of industries.

A Southern California native, Crystal attended California State University, Northridge where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a discipline in Marketing. She currently holds a property and casualty insurance license as well as the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC).
