Susan Smith

In 2001, Susan Smith began her career with CSC & Contemporary International while working for the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympic Committee as a Workforce Manager. Susan quickly moved up to become Contemporary International’s Relocation Coordinator and provided operational support for the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics. Susan continued with the 2006 Torino Winter Olympics and the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. She also served as the VIP liaison and managed the Corporate Suites and client/guest relations. Her event management experience has taken her on-site to numerous events including 7 Olympic games, Super Bowl XXXVIII, many Sport Accords, and various concerts and festivals.

As a Utah native, Susan was promoted to CSC’s Travel Manager in 2005 and has maintained her role as Senior Travel Manager for all companies under the CSC umbrella. She runs the day-to-day travel operations of the CSC Travel Department, coordinating and overseeing travel from start to finish; travel submission, approvals, bookings, group coordination, documentation, reconciliation, and tracking for client billing.
