Alyssa Mahoney has extensive work experience in the field of talent acquisition and staffing. Alyssa started their career in 2010 as an intern at Manayunk Sport and Social Club, where they improved their communication skills and assisted with sales and promotional activities. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as a waitress at Tosco's Pizza and Italian Restaurant, developing strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

In 2012, Alyssa joined Staffing Plus as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided support to different departments and managed administrative tasks. Alyssa later transitioned to the role of Assistant Recruiter and then Recruiter, focusing on recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Alyssa Mahoney, CDR, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In May 2021, they earned a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP.
