Sharon Tsao

Sharon Tsao has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sharon began their career at Contemporary Staffing Solutions (CSS) in 1994, where they held various roles such as Branch Manager, Owner, and Managing Director of Sales, Marketing, and Accounting. During their time at CSS, they played a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and attract quality candidates. Sharon also managed the financial stability of CSS and oversaw the internal accounting department. In addition, they were responsible for ensuring compliance with SLAs and client expectations while maintaining a competitive environment as part of CSS's MSP/VMS Vendor Compliance team.
