Payel Mukherjee is the Founder and Chief Executive of Justwords, a content and digital marketing agency established in June 2010, specializing in organic growth and SEO-driven strategies. Prior to this, Payel held various editorial roles, including Editorial Consultant at 9Dot9 Media, Deputy News Editor at India Today, and DY Chief Sub Editor at The Indian Express. Payel's career in journalism began at ABP Group as Chief Sub Editor from April 2001 to March 2005. Educationally, Payel completed the Scholarship Program for Women in Business at the Indian School of Business in 2011 and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Print from the Asian College of Journalism.
