Andrew Casson

Andrew Casson currently serves as the CEO and Board Member of Potomac Integration and Consulting, a role taken on in July 2023 following the company's acquisition by Redwood Technologies Group. With extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, Andrew has held significant positions at Content Guru since March 2020, including Vice President of Public Sector – Americas and Vice President of Sales – Americas, contributing to the company's recognition in Gartner’s 2024 Magic Quadrant for CCaaS. Prior to these roles, Andrew co-founded Potomac Integration and Consulting in 2005, focusing on Unified Communication and Contact Center solutions, and worked at Avaya from 2000 to 2005. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in Imaging from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
