Currently serving as the Global CMO at Content Guru since April 2024, Chris previously held the position of Chairman & Group CEO at Volume Group Ltd for 27 years, where a strong emphasis was placed on conversational AI, customer experience, and digital transformation. Chris also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive of Then UK Ltd, a successful MRM software start-up recognized in Gartner's MRM Magic Quadrant.
