Our Recruiting Team is involved not just in finding great talent, setting up interviews, and making offers. We’re partners with the business, help with organizational development, define and execute projects that up-levels every employee in the company around hiring (referral programs, talent branding, interview training, process improvement). In this role, you’ll get to:
- Align closely with the EMEA sales recruiter and hiring managers to develop a comprehensive understanding of our roles, target profiles and the broader market landscape
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas, including employment branding recommendations, event & job board strategies.
- Partner with recruiter to create a ongoing talent mapping and competitive landscape strategy
- Implement creative strategies to identify and engage with a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Drive and execute on a stronger employee referral process
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
We are looking for people who have:
- Deep sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team, ideally experience sourcing from markets such as DACH,UK/Ireland, Nordics, France...etc.
- Creative sourcing experience above and beyond common recruiting platforms
- Excellent research/sourcing skills with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill requisitions
- Ability to multi-task work between volume and specific niche roles
- Define and execute on effective candidate engagement approaches with the ability to activate passive candidates
- Hyper-organization and possess a strong ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize multiple workstreams
- Adaptable and able to shift focus based on business priorities
- Expertise with LinkedIn, X-Ray searches, Boolean searches, etc and comfortable building boolean search strings and enjoy learning new systems
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse/ICIMS/Lever...etc)
- Willingness to pull data and present to stakeholders on sourcing trends or results...etc.
