Sarah Panus has over 20 years of experience in content strategy and editorial brand storytelling. In 2022, they began working as a Managing Editor & Project Manager at Contently, helping brands create content that meets their business goals. In 2020, they launched their own brand, Kindred Speak by Sarah Panus, offering a Brand Storytelling Academy, consulting services, and keynote speaking. Sarah is also the host of the Marketing With Empathy Podcast, which is in the top 5% of all marketing podcasts.

From 2008 to 2020, Sarah held various roles at Sleep Number Corporation, including Brand Storytelling Consultant, Sr. Manager Content Marketing Strategy, Sr. Editorial Manager, Sr. Manager of Social & SEO, Manager Social & SEO, Digital Public Relations Manager, and Public Relations Manager.

From 2003 to 2005, Sarah worked at Christos Bridal as a High-End Wedding Gown Designer Communications Lead, managing 70 retail accounts and generating combined yearly sales of $2.5 million.

Sarah Panus has an Associate in Applied Science from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they earned Cum Laude in 2003. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Science from St. Cloud State University, which they earned in 2002. Her field of study at St. Cloud State University was Public Relations, Business Management, and Graphic Design.
