Marc Dressel

Marc Dressel has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, starting from their early roles in marketing and operations. Marc progressed through various HR positions at Gymnas Club Billardpark GmbH, Restaurant & Eventlocation Villa Flora München, and Selligent Marketing Cloud. Their roles included HR Business Partner, HR & Administration Manager, and Global Head of People. Marc later moved on to responsibilities as Global Head of People & Culture at HiveMQ and most recently as Global VP People & Culture at Contentserv. Marc has a proven track record of scaling companies internationally and leading transformational initiatives.

Marc Dressel completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from HWTK Berlin in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a certification as a Human Resources Specialist from IHK München in 2015. Marc also holds a certificate as a Marketing Specialist from IHK München in 2006. Additionally, Marc received their Fachabitur in Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Rechtspflege from Staatlich Fachoberschule München in 2003.
