Todd Pouwels, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global Vice President of People and Culture for Infomedia, where responsibilities include overseeing HR strategies within the Americas. Previous roles include Senior People Consultant at Business Talent Group, and Global VP of People & Culture at Secureworks, where Todd managed significant organizational changes and workforce planning. Prior experience also encompasses leadership positions at Sinch, CALIBER Human Capital Solutions, Optum, and ICF, demonstrating a strong background in HR strategy, M&A, and organizational development. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from St. Norbert College and has furthered education through Cornell University and other institutions.
