Elissa Goldenberg

Elissa Goldenberg has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Elissa is currently the Lead Program Manager for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Contentsquare, where they partner with the Chief Impact Officer and People Team to implement global DEI strategies across the organization. Prior to this, they founded and served as the President of EG Coaching & Consulting, a practice dedicated to empowering purpose-driven individuals, teams, and organizations. Elissa also held leadership roles at The Wellbeing Project, where they served as the COO and Coordination & Research Lead, overseeing internal operations and driving organizational effectiveness. Before that, they worked at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) as the Manager of Women's Empowerment, where they developed strategic partnerships and managed initiatives focused on women's economic empowerment. Elissa also worked as an Associate in Advisory Services, providing sustainability consulting services to BSR member companies, and as an Associate in Communications, offering strategic marketing and communications support. Elissa began their career as a Marketing Intern at GlobalGiving.

Elissa Goldenberg has a diverse education history. Elissa first attended the University of California, Berkeley, from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy of Industrialized Societies (PEIS). In 2015, they pursued their interest in integrative health and nutrition by completing a program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earning a certification as a Holistic Health Coach.

In 2017, Elissa enrolled in INSEAD and completed the Executive Master program in Consulting and Coaching for Change in 2019. Later that year, they attended iPEC Coaching and became a Certified Professional Coach in 2020. As part of their coaching journey, Elissa obtained additional certifications such as the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, the COR.E Dynamics | Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS), and the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

Elissa's commitment to professional development continued, and in 2022, they obtained the Textio Inclusive Recruiting Certification from Textio.
