Emilie Guo

Emilie Guo has a diverse range of work experience. Emilie currently works at Contentsquare as an Associate UX/UI Designer, starting in February 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a UX/UI Design Intern at Contentsquare from June 2022 to February 2023.

Emilie also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell University from August 2021 to June 2022. Emilie worked as a Business Development Specialist at Glympse from April 2021 to June 2021.

In 2021, Emilie held a Product Design Internship at Healthera, where they utilized design thinking to create and integrate the Electronic Prescription Service Tracker into Healthera's web application. Emilie also designed and implemented a mobile app feature to streamline patient onboarding with National Health Service numbers. Additionally, they categorized and prioritized user feedback using the RICE matrix.

Emilie's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Logistics for the Cornell Engineering Career Fair Team from October 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they organized various workshops, career fair preparations, and outreach events to connect employers with Cornell students and enhance their professional development skills. Emilie also worked as a Fabrication and Welding Team Member for Cornell Steel Bridge from September 2019 to September 2020, where they participated in designing, analyzing, fabricating, and constructing a bridge for the annual American Institute of Steel Construction Student Steel Bridge Competition.

Emilie Guo began their education journey in 2014 at Columbia University, where they studied Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In 2015, they attended the University of Pennsylvania's JKCP Residential Program, focusing on Architecture. From 2018 to 2022, Emilie pursued their Bachelor's degree in Information Science at Cornell University.
