Harish Agarwal

Harish Agarwal serves as the Country Lead for India at Contentsquare since July 2025. Prior to this role, Harish held various positions at Qualtrics from June 2020 to July 2025, including Regional Insurance Lead and Head of Customer Experience Strategy for Southeast Asia and India. Harish's career at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore spanned nearly a decade, where responsibilities included Senior Vice President and Head of Customer Experience and Segments, focusing on aligning customer experience with business priorities, and Vice President and Head of Marketing, where Harish drove significant brand transformation. Earlier roles at Prudential included Senior Regional Manager and AVP in Product Management. Harish holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's degree from BESC.
