James Teagle

Senior Director, Customer Support Americas at ContentSquare

James Teagle currently serves as Vice President of Customer Support at Contentsquare, a position held since July 2021, after previously being the Sr. Director of Customer Support for the Americas. Prior to Contentsquare, James was with SevOne from January 2011 to July 2021, where key roles included Sr. Director of Customer Success, launching a global Customer Success program, Sr. Director of Solutions Central, and Senior Director of Premium Services and Support for the Americas. These roles involved creating and managing teams focused on strategic solutions and building a division that provided premium services to a global customer base. Earlier experience includes a Senior IT Analyst position at First National Services, where all company-wide server and software administration was managed, and a Digital Imaging Support Specialist role at Hologic, Inc., supporting field engineers in the medical devices sector.
