Sébastien Barillot has extensive experience in the field of customer experience and solution engineering. Sébastien is currently serving as the Head of Solution Engineering for South Europe & MENA at Contentsquare since March 2022. Prior to this, Sébastien worked with Time for the Planet as an Associate, where they contributed to the mission of combating climate change by raising funds and supporting the creation of environmentally-focused businesses.
Sébastien also worked for Oracle for over a decade in various leadership roles. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Customer Experience Solution Engineering Senior Director, leading teams in France, Italy, and Iberia, as well as the SE Centre of Excellence and Product Specialists for Western Europe. Before that, they held the position of Customer Experience Solution Engineering Director, overseeing solution consulting support in Southern Europe. Additionally, Sébastien was responsible for managing solution consulting teams in France and Southern Europe as a Solution Consulting Senior Manager and served as a CRM Sales Consulting Team Leader and Principal Sales Consultant.
Prior to joining Oracle, Sébastien gained experience at UNILOG, a LogicaCMG Company. Sébastien held various roles, including CRM Practice Manager, CRM Business Line Manager, CRM Project Director, Siebel Project Manager, and Siebel Consultant.

Sébastien Barillot has a diverse education history. In 1995 to 1999, they attended AgroSup, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. In 1997, they also spent a year at Rutgers University, where they focused on Foods and Beverages. Later on, in 2019, Sébastien enrolled in the Executive Education program at both the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the IESE Business School, specializing in Accelerate Executive Insight (AEI). In terms of certifications, Sébastien obtained the following: "Web Accessibility Basics" from Contentsquare in July 2022, "Contentsquare Certified" from Contentsquare in March 2022, "Leveraging Neuroscience for Team Performance & Impact" from Duke Corporate Education in November 2021, and "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School Executive Education in June 2020.
