Jessica Shor

Jessica Shor serves as the General Counsel at Contentstack since May 2022, providing strategic legal counsel on various matters, including employment law and regulatory compliance. Previously, Jessica held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PatSnap, where oversight of operations and people and culture initiatives was paramount. Jessica was the first General Counsel and later Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Vendavo, leading legal, compliance, and security functions while advising the Board on legal risks. Additional roles include President of Leading Women in Technology, Associate General Counsel at ForgeRock, Corporate Counsel at Ruckus Wireless, and Associate Counsel at Visa, alongside experience as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP and legal clerk positions at the Center for Justice and Accountability and the United Nations ICTY. Jessica earned a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Spanish and Philosophy from Saint Mary's College of California.
