Bethany Dykema

Bethany Dykema has been working in the healthcare industry since 2012. Bethany began their career at Tampa Bay Radiation Oncology as the Administration. In 2020, they joined Contessa Health as the HRC Director and Recovery Care Coordinator.

Bethany Dykema has a Masters of Science in Leadership with a field of study in Nursing Administration from Western Governors University. Bethany has also obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in February of 2022, including Conducting Motivational 1-on-1 Reviews, How to Set Goals When Everything Feels Like a Priority, and Leading and Motivating People with Different Personalities.
