Felicia Baldonado, MBA, has held a variety of roles since 2007. Felicia began their career as a Co Manager at EXPRESS in 2007. In 2008, they were an HR Director at Legacy Church. From 2010 to 2015, they were an HR Director/Finance Manager at Geriatrics Associates, PC. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Director of Operations at IPC Healthcare, Inc. (TeamHealth). During 2017, they were a Patient Services Manager at New Mexico Cancer Center/NMOHC and a Sr. Clinical Practice Manager and Clinical Practice Manager at TeamHealth. Since 2021, they have been the Director of Operations at Contessa Health.

Felicia Baldonado has an impressive educational background. Felicia obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2011, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of New Mexico in 2007, and two Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degrees from Central New Mexico Community College in 2003 and 2004, respectively. The first AAS degree was in Pre-Management and the second was in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from the Management & Strategy Institute in June 2022 and Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
