Mark D.

Mark D. is a professional historian with extensive experience in various historical roles since 1996. Currently serving as a consulting historian since 2009 and a walking tour guide for Context Travel since September 2015, Mark D. also contributed as an on-screen expert for the television program Who Do You Think You Are? (Australia) from 2014 to 2019. Mark D. was a member of the Heritage Council of NSW from 2012 to 2018, serving as Deputy Chair from 2016 to 2018 and participating on the State Heritage Register Committee. Mark D.'s educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Australian Colonial History from UNSW, a Master of Applied History from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from UNSW.
