Anne Strawbridge, JD, currently serves as the Regulatory and Policy Manager & In-House Counsel at Contexture, where responsibilities include leading the compliance and privacy program and ensuring adherence to HITRUST and HIPAA standards. Previously, Anne held various positions at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, including Policy and Regulation Services Manager, where oversight of policy staff and program objectives was a key focus. As a Policy Advisor, Anne formulated licensure regulations and developed standards for healthcare facilities, and as the EMTS Enforcement Supervisor, management of investigations and enforcement activities was central. Earlier experience includes working as a Trial Assistant at The Law Office of John Kenneth Pineau, P.C., assisting in civil and criminal litigation. Anne holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Winthrop University.

As the umbrella organization of CORHIO, a health information exchange in Colorado and Health Current, the Arizona health information exchange, Contexture is the largest health information organization in the western region.
