Cerrie Hodgson is an accomplished Trip Manager with extensive experience in the travel industry, currently employed at Contiki Holidays since April 2016. Responsibilities include organizing and managing multi-day trips across Europe, booking confirmation with suppliers, and coordinating day-to-day itineraries. Cerrie has also held the position of Travel Director at Trafalgar Travel, where exceptional customer service was delivered to high-paying clients, along with managing trip logistics and resolving client issues. Early career experience includes a role as a Guest Experience Associate at Merlin Entertainments plc, supervising a team and handling customer queries at a major tourist attraction. Cerrie holds an Undergraduate Masters Degree in Stand-Up Comedy and a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Kent.
