Yann Aere has extensive experience in technical support and operations, currently serving as a Senior Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst and SMC Support Engineer at Continent 8 Technologies since November 2018, responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of infrastructure to optimize customer services. Previously, Yann worked at HCL Technologies as a Technical Support representative, providing assistance to Eir customers with fixed line phone and internet issues. Prior roles included positions at Easydentic as a Customer Care Specialist, Lexmark and Sitel as a Second Level/Product Specialist/Trainer/Supervisor, Xerox in Technical Support for French clients, and Onetel and One2One in various supervisory and customer service roles. Yann holds a QQI Level 6 qualification in Computer Systems and Networks from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education.
