John Mark Willoughby

John Mark Willoughby is an experienced professional in quality assurance and technical support within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Manager of New Product Implementation & Production Technical Support at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ since January 2018, John leads programming for machine qualifications involving critical engine components. Previously, John held roles as a Quality Specialist at Kadant Black Clawson Inc., and as a Lead QA Inspector II at Aker Solutions, where responsibilities included internal audits and lean manufacturing initiatives. Experience also includes positions as a Quality Technician II at Norwood Medical and a Lead Incoming Receiving Inspector at Oceaneering, where John oversaw inspection processes and managed non-conformance reports. Earlier in John’s career, quality inspections were conducted at Honeywell, focusing on outgoing product audits. John completed education at Gulf Coast State College.
