Venkatesh Mantha has a range of work experiences in the field of engineering. They are currently working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ since 2021. Previously, in 2018, they worked as a Project Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, where they studied and developed Eutectic high entropy alloys. They also interned at the Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory for a short period in 2018. In 2017, Venkatesh had internships at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT, where they received training in steel formation techniques, and at Ordnance Factory - India, where they gained practical experience in different casting methods for manufacturing battle tank engine components.
Venkatesh Mantha completed their Master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
