Terry Watts

Terry Watts has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Terry began their career at Powder River Inc in 1981 as an Inventory Coordinator before moving on to Megadiamond as an EDM Tech. In 1990, Terry joined Smith International as a Quality Manager. Following this, they worked at Baker Hughes as a Global Quality Assurance Manager for ten years. Terry's most recent roles include Director Quality Assurance and Director of Operations at Continental Alloys & Services, where they have been employed since 2010.

Terry Watts has attended Brigham Young University, where they have focused on studying Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, they have also pursued education at Colorado State University-Pueblo, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, Terry has studied Short run statistics at Eastern Michigan University.
