Francis Hoyt

Francis Hoyt is an experienced Automation Specialist with a strong background in high-speed manufacturing processes, particularly in gypsum board production. At Continental Building Products, Francis has focused on maintaining and developing manufacturing methods while creating HMI applications using GE Fanuc iFix since June 2013. Prior experience includes similar roles at Lafarge Gypsum and as a Senior Controls Engineer at SP Scientific, where Francis developed advanced controller platforms for pharmaceutical equipment. Past positions also include roles as Systems Engineer at Lafarge, Technical Project Foreman at DICTUC S, and PLC/Controls Engineer at Lafarge N, among others. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas and has extensive experience in electrical and control systems across various industries.
