Neil Bauer

Neil Bauer is an experienced automotive technician with a comprehensive background in vehicle repairs and servicing, particularly with Audi and Volkswagen models. Currently serving as the Workshop Foreman (Master Technician) at Continental Car Services VW since February 2005, Neil oversees quality control and in-house technical support while ensuring compliance with warrant of fitness and ISO standards. Previous roles include Audi Technician positions at Continental Car Services and Alpine Motors, as well as a Volkswagen Technician role at Hooper Motors. Beginning as an Apprentice Petrol Motor Mechanic at Robin Bauer Auto Centre, Neil was recognized with the Ford Motor Company Student of the Year award during studies at Durban Technical College, where Neil earned a degree in Motor Trade, specializing in petrol, diesel, and automotive electrical systems. Neil's educational foundation also includes a Senior Certificate from Queensborough Boys' High School, focusing on Technical Drawing and Physical Science.
