Matthew Juron

Matthew Juron, MBA, currently serves as Finance Director at Continental Automotive Group since October 2017, achieving a notable increase in PVR for 25 out of 26 months year-over-year in the F&I department. Previously, Matthew held various roles at Asbury Automotive Group from August 2003 to August 2017, including General Sales Manager, Regional F&I Director, Assistant Regional F&I Director, Finance Manager, Sales Representative, and Inventory Control Specialist. Accomplishments include leading the #1 netting Hyundai store, significantly improving CPO rankings, and breaking records in F&I performance while enhancing compliance and reducing turnover. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Tampa, along with being a graduate of the NCM General Management Executive Program.
