Ethan Norris

Ethan Norris has over a decade of experience in the welding and manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Continental Disc Corporation since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ethan held various positions at Marlen International from June 2015 to August 2025, including Operations Coordinator, Welding Lead, and Welder. Earlier experience includes working as a Welder at Holland 1916 from August 2013 to June 2015 and at DC Tech from May 2010 to August 2013. Ethan holds a Welding Certificate in Industrial Welding from Northland Career Center, obtained between 2007 and 2010, and completed General Studies at Smithville High School, graduating in 2010.
