Li Jian

Li Jian has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. They started their career in 1986 as a Technical Service & Sales Manager at China National Process Industries. From 1989 to 1997, Li Jian worked at Carl SCHENCK AG as a National Sales Manager, responsible for leading sales teams and promoting local manufacturing and sales processes. They then joined SOR Inc as a Country Manager/Chief Representative, where they established an office in Beijing and managed all aspects of the operation. Since 2007, Li Jian has been working at Continental Disc Corporation/Groth Corporation as a Sales Director in the APAC region. Here, they have led the sales and marketing team, creating strategies to achieve sales goals, optimizing the rep network, and evaluating sales methods and results. They have also been involved in hiring and employee performance evaluations. Throughout their career, Li Jian has achieved significant accomplishments, such as setting up new sales organizations, improving project-tracking systems, and increasing sales by four times in the APAC region.

Li Jian obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Beijing University of Chemical Technology from 1980 to 1986. Following this, Li Jian pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at Rutgers Business School from 1998 to 2000. In addition, Li Jian obtained a certification as a Senior Engineer in control and mechanics from the China Chemical Engineering Group Corporation in June 1990.
