Tammy Crutchfield

Tammy Crutchfield is an experienced IT Technician at Continental Electronics since October 2001, supporting a network of 100 workstations with expertise in Windows operating systems, PC hardware and software, and networking concepts such as TCP/IP and DHCP. Previously, Tammy served as a Network Support Technician at HLM DESIGN, maintaining network infrastructure and facilitating a company merger by setting up workstations and creating technical documentation. Early career experience includes roles at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company as a Senior Records Clerk, handling administrative tasks and employee coordination, and as a Store Manager at Boutique Marie-Claire Inc., overseeing staff management and operational duties. Tammy holds a degree in Information Technology and Systems from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, along with an Associate of Arts from Eastfield College and A+ Certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
