Sarah Lawrence

Sarah Lawrence has extensive experience in HR and operations spanning over 15 years. Sarah is currently the Head of HR for Continental Engineering Services UK, where they oversee the HR team and develops the overall people strategy. Previously, they held positions such as Councillor at Burgess Hill Town Council, Location Head of HR at Continental, and HR Manager at Paxton Access Ltd. Sarah has also worked at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, NBC Universal, Mercedes-Benz in the UK, and Daimler UK Limited in various HR roles. Sarah has a proven track record of implementing best practices and delivering customer-focused HR services.

Sarah Lawrence obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (BSc. hons) from the University of Warwick, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at London Metropolitan University, completing their studies in 2019.

Sarah has also acquired several additional certifications. In August 2020, they became an Insights Discovery Practitioner through Insights institution. Sarah obtained certifications in Organisation Development and Organisation Design from CIPD in August and September 2022, respectively. Lastly, in April 2023, Sarah acquired Mediation Skills from The Mediation Company.
