David Cartagena

David Cartagena currently serves as the Director of Retail Operations at Ria Money Transfer, overseeing mobile money transfer services since April 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Sales & Sponsorships at Celluphone from September 2017 to March 2023, where the focus was on supporting independent dealers.
