José Ramón Sagarna García is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at Ria Money Transfer since January 2015, specializing in quality coaching and automation solutions for Web, API, and Mobile platforms. Previously, José served as Europe QA Lead, transforming the QA department towards a proactive quality-driven approach. Prior to Ria Money Transfer, José was the Testing Department Manager at Localsoft, S.L./Triple A Testing, overseeing the creation and development of the department and managing client interactions. José began a career at Electronic Arts, advancing from LT Tester to Sr LT Project Manager, where responsibilities included supervising Localization Testing teams on major game titles and managing project budgets. José holds degrees in Quality Management and Environmental Management systems, as well as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certification and continuously engages in professional development.
