Kelly Moyes has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Kelly started their career as a Program Manager at DJH Engineering, where they were responsible for managing business lines, negotiating contracts, and building strong engineering teams. Kelly then worked at Cambric Corporation as an Engineering Operations Manager, where they optimized workforce productivity and captured new international business. Moyes then joined Butler International as the Director of Engineering/Operations & Quality, where they provided leadership for daily operations, strategic planning, and quality management system processes. After that, they served as the Vice President/General Manager at AeroWorx, overseeing overhaul, repair, and modification services. Currently, Moyes holds the position of Vice President Global Engineering Services - Chief Executive EASA Part 21J DOA at CDG, a Boeing Company, where they lead a team of 1,400 and manages multiple office locations worldwide.

Kelly Moyes has a diverse education history. In 1975, they attended Skyline, where they did not pursue any specific field of study. From 1978 to 1980, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, although they did not obtain a degree. Kelly then enrolled at the University of Utah from 1981 to 1983, studying Mechanical Engineering once again, but did not complete a degree. Later on, in 2004-2005, they attended the University of Phoenix, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
