Frank Cheung Chi Fai

He was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee of the Board in 2010. Mr. Cheung is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of China Weaving Materials Holdings Limited. He has over 20 years experience in accounting, finance and administration and has held senior positions in multinational companies. He obtained his MBA from University of Technology, Sydney, Australia and is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Cheung was an Executive Director of Sun Innovation Holdings Limited and was also the Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2008. From January 2001 to December 2003, Mr. Cheung was a Director of e-Lux (Hong Kong) Limited.
