Chaya Wickramadara

Chaya Wickramadara, with over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Human Resources Development. She holds a MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University UK. She has completed her Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management with CIPM and National Diploma in Training and Development with SLITAD. She has also been awarded the title ‘best HR professional’ by CIPM. She is an active Toastmaster with ACG and ALB titles, who has represented Sri Lanka in national as well as international platforms. She is an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development as well.
