The Company was founded by Michael Schwartz, a former practicing real estate attorney and recently retired Principal at a top-5 national accounting and consulting firm.  

Michael and his team of finance and real estate professionals, CPAs and paralegals bring a combined 90+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactional due diligence.

Past projects have ranged from one-off investments valued at $1 million, to multi-asset portfolio acquisitions valued at $15+ billion.  Asset classes serviced include office, industrial, retail, cell towers, multi-family and hospitality.
